Crafted from two distinct mashbills — an almost-rye whiskey and a high-rye bourbon — Outryder delivers a taste profile not found anywhere else in the American whiskey category. The front of the palate opens with light to moderate rye spice and a full, creamy mouthfeel, before the rye gracefully fades into the smooth, satisfying finish of bourbon. 

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Surprisingly soft — fresh laundry, sawdust, vanilla, spring flowers, and a spicy hint of freshly baked ginger snaps.
• Palate: Rich graininess with cinnamon and nutmeg, evoking a mild spice cake. Floral rye notes layer through a malty, complex body, with hints of cocoa, leather, and a dry burnt molasses backbone. 
• Finish: Long and warming, with dark chocolate, oak, and lingering spice.
