Using traditional methodsāincluding brick-oven cooking, roller-mill extraction, openāair fermentation in wood vats, and copper pot still distillationāthis Reposado is then rested in American white-oak barrels to achieve a refined, balanced profile.

Appearance: Pale gold to light amber colour, with clarity and a soft golden glow.
Nose: The aroma opens with cooked highland agave sweetness, layered with vanilla bean, caramelized sugar, light oak spice, and citrus zest. Hints of white pepper and subtle herbaceous under-tones provide complexity.Ā
Palate: Medium-bodied and smooth. Initial flavors of honeyed agave and roasted plantain shift into butterscotch, toasted almond, warm baking spices (cinnamon, nutmeg), and gentle oak tannins. A hint of citrus or orange peel lifts the mid-palate.Ā
