malts from Islay and Speyside, including aged GlenAllachie. Matured at
GlenAllachie's warehouses in a combination of first-fill bourbon, Pedro
Ximénez, and red wine casks, the result is a smoky, richly layered dram
that balances Islay's rugged peat with Speyside's natural sweetness.
