A 16‑year‑old single malt Scotch whisky from Highland Park (Orkney Islands), launched in collaboration with Swedish Michelin‑starred chef Björn Frantzén.

ABV: 48% (96 proof)

Tasting Note

Strong wood / oak influence (especially from the virgin Swedish oak)  more tannin, spicy wood notes, richer mouthfeel.

 

Sweetness: honeyed malt, dried fruit, vanilla. 

Some of Highland Park’s signature smoke / peat (Orkney‑style), but likely more balanced / subtle given the strong cask influence. 

Finish: lingering wood spice, possibly some maritime character (salt, sea air) and warming oak / smoke interplay.
