• Aroma

  Aromas of toasted coconut, cedarwood, crushed lemon / citrus zest; Turkish Delight; aromatic peat smoke. Sherry influence brings dried fruit, burnt caramel, perhaps a touch of oak spice.

  Palate

  Bold and full‑bodied. Fruit (dark fruit, possibly raisin, but also citrus / pink grapefruit), heavy sherry sweetness, toasted oak. Heather peat smoke, spice (some pepper, baking spices), with malt and a rich grain backbone. Chocolate and caramel notes may appear.
