The second is MGP's celebrated 95% rye, 5% malted barley from Lawrenceburg, Indiana — the backbone of some of America's most respected ryes. Both are aged a minimum of two to three years in 30- and 53-gallon char level 3 American white oak barrels, then blended together and proofed to 46% before bottling. No chill filtration. No shortcuts.
