• • Aged for just over 2 years in four distinct Japanese whisky barrels from the Chichibu Distillery (Saitama), Kanosuke Distillery (Kagoshima), and Asaka Distillery (Fukushima). 

  • Made with around 25 estate-grown and locally sourced botanicals like lemon balm, golden berry sprouts, sage, angelica root, licorice, cinnamon, jasmine flowers, and blood orange peel. 

  • Finished with natural cochineal dye for its vivid red hue. 

  • Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 30%

  The Batch 8 expression is described as “profoundly delicate”, with bright notes of orange peel and apricot balanced by rich undertones of dark chocolate and tobacco crowned with a long, luxurious finish.
