• Distilled from Hawaiian and Jamaican sugar cane syrup (not typical molasses) using a copper Alambic Charentais pot still.

• Aged extensively in two stages:

  1. ~5 years in stainless steel – lets the spirit develop body without much wood influence.

  2. ~3 years in used French oak barrels (ex‑Chardonnay), adding depth and complexity.

• Bottled at full barrel strength, uncut and unfiltered, with limited production released in small batches. 

 Tasting Note

This is a powerful sipping rum best suited for experienced palates or those who enjoy rich, high‑proof spirits:

• Nose: Toasty spices, buttery notes, brown sugar, and hints of fruitcake or plantain.

• Palate: Intense and bold — earthy and tropical with peppery spice, butterscotch‑like sweetness, and heat from the high proof.

• Finish: Long, warming finish with oak, spice, and lingering tropical fruit notes.
