Booker's 2025-03 Jerry's Batch 124.7 Proof Bourbon 750mL

This release from Booker’s is the third batch of the 2025 collection, named “Jerry’s Batch” in honour of Jerry Dalton, a former Master Distiller at the Jim Beam facility. 

• Age: Aged for 7 years, 4 months, and 21 days

• Mashbill: 77% corn, 13% rye, 10% malted barley. 
  

Tasting Notes

Nose: Vanilla, toasted almond, caramel and warm oak. 
Palate: Rich caramel and toasted oak come forward, supported by a pop of cinnamon spice and toffee. Texture is full-bodied. 
Finish: Long and warming baking spices, charred oak, brown sugar, light tobacco, and lingering rye spice.
