  • Mash Bill / Style: 100% lightly peated barley distilled in copper pot stills 

  • Ageing Process: Aged 4 years in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished for 1 year in ex-Kijoshu sake casks (American oak)

  • ABV: 50% (100 proof)

  • Nose (Aroma): Candied orange, almond butter, sake lees (a rich, creamy sake sediment aroma)
